“Our washing machine developed a leak and the floor drain was defective so the floor had to be torn up. The contractor replaced the old flooring with Hardy Backer board, installed a new drain with a rubber membrane seal and then applied Thin Set to form a slope towards the drain. He then replaced the linoleum and rubber base boards. He did an outstanding job.
This was a small job for the contractor but we were in a time bind and he fit us into his busy schedule and gave us prompt, professional and competent service."
