“I appreciate that Luke does a thorough job. He was not satisfied to ignore underlying problems (water pooling against the house, under the deck) so that the job could be completed quickly. Luke contacted us by phone and with photos (we were out of town at the time) and asked how we would like to proceed. He could have easily covered over the problem and we wouldn’t have known any different for many years. I also appreciated that Luke was attentive to design and function, and did his best to ask about our preferences regarding details not included in the plans, instead of making his ‘best guess’ as to what we wanted done.”

“I have had LM Nodine as my contractor for many years. They have done shelving, floors, walls, bathrooms, a fireplace with mantle and stairs inside and painting and lighting outside. They have also stepped in to repair or replace shoddy work done by a previous contractor. They feel it their duty to point out when things are wrong and not just cover them up and ignore them. The work I have received has always been beyond my expectations. I have learned my lesson. You get what you pay for.”

"So far Luke has done two projects for us. He completed part of our bathroom remodel that was just too much for me to handle, and he re-did our fireplace. Both projects were completed on time and at or under budget.
I don't have a lot of history with contractors doing work in my home, but I can't imagine how these two projects could have gone any better. Luke is courteous and polite, which is a big deal to me since my kids were around the house while he was working. I'm glad that I entrusted my projects to Luke. I am sure that I will use him again."

"Did an outstanding job..."
"Our washing machine developed a leak and the floor drain was defective so the floor had to be torn up. LM Nodine replaced the old flooring with Hardy Backer board, installed a new drain, and then applied thin set to form a slope towards the drain. He also replaced the linoleum and rubber base boards and did an outstanding job.
This was a small job for the contractor but we were in a time bind and he fit us into his busy schedule and gave us prompt, professional and competent service."
